- For a full refund: orders need to be received back to us within 20 days of your delivery date (back to original payment method)
- For a store credit: Return order 60 days from the purchase date

If you’re practicing social distancing at home, don’t worry - we’ve extended our returns period for New Zealand customers to 60 days from the day you receive your order.

Don’t forget we have FREE shipping on orders over $75 and optional contactless delivery for hygiene purposes.
As a business, we have already created a work-from-home environment for our office employees and implemented elevated health standards in our warehouse.
Some of the elevated health standards in our warehouse include:
- 4sqm space for staff
- No-touch Parcel (gloves will be worn and items will remain in their plastic)
- Hands will be regularly washed by our staff
- The warehouse will be cleaned hourly
We will update our website if anything changes or if you should expect any delays.
