If you are unhappy with your items we offer easy returns and refunds! We offer flat rate return postage of $8.99. If your return is received within 14 days of delivery you are eligible for a refund, within 30 days and you are eligible for a gift card/store credit. All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

I was surprised when the earrings arrived and they were all mismatched none of them were in a set. Looking at the picture, I guess I was silly to assume I would get a matching earring for both ears.
