Beautiful but ran a tad small?

"Dress has been on my daughter’s wish list for months and we decided to go for it for her birthday party. We ordered US 2 as we did her homecoming dress this past fall. Dress came in very quickly (we paid for expedited) and was gorgeous and very good quality. However, it was too small. I’m sure it was made of a different material and constructed different than the other one, but it was disappointing that it didn’t fit. We returned it and are not reordering because we wouldn’t have it in time. May try it again for another event!"
