Cute Dress, be wary of Returns

"Dress was cute, but very short. I am 5'5 tall, 34D and 155lbs and got the size 10. It was really cute on, but barely covered my butt and I wasn't sure what I could've worn under to help that. I decided to return it. Be warned that Beginning Boutique charges a pretty hefty "return fee" for returning items. My return fee was equal to 30% of what I originally paid, meaning I only got refunded 70% of what I originally paid, which sucked given I didn't see any warning about this."

"This dress is extremely short and made of cheap material. The color is more of pastel highlighter color. Be aware that if this dress does not fit that here is a large return fee and shipping is less than promising. I would not recommend this product!"
